Ouch @ Painting an air filter.

Kind of beyond the point, isn't it?

I just so happened to have been writing that article from a very current instance that I'm in, as I'm in that predicament myself.

I bought my car pretty much completely built, and I suppose you have to balance it out. One one hand, it's MUCH less costly, but on the other hand you have to figure out how worth it to you it is to do your own work.

Also, is it a 300ZX TT? I have a soft spot for Z32's.

Good point. When I bought my 300ZX, it already had quite a few mods done to it. The benefit here was that these are all mods I would have done myself, except now it cost much much less than if I were to do it, and I can focus on doing other things to the car. On the other hand, the guy who did it was retarded, and messed up quite a bit in the process. He went as far as to paint the K&N air filter red. That's right, he painted the air filter.
