2006 Honda Civic Si

A popular theme for cars we've been building lately: Incredibly fun daily drivers. In this case, we took an already fun, very well balanced, comfortable 2006 Honda Civic Si four door, and made it even better. The goal here was not raw power. The goal with this project was to add some usable power, that's reliable. What better? Jackson Racing supercharger system, flashed by Hondata. So that's what we did, along with some monitoring equipment from Autometer, from their ES-Series line (Matches the OEM Honda amber very well). The Jackson Racing kit for this vehicle is very well designed. Instant boost the second the pedal hits the floor, even at low operating RPM. Hondas are known for their high revving engines, and less responsive lower-end RPM. This Jackson Racing kit puts that notion to bed, you hit the gas anywhere in the RPM range, you have power. Unlike most responsive setups, this one holds (And even builds) in higher operating RPM. 9,000RPM, and the boost is still growing. Not to mention, the provided Hondata flash is near perfect for the vehicle, perfect air:fuel ratio all across the RPM band. The result speaks for itself. This car is an absolute blast to drive.
